The aim of this project was to design and deliver a standout boardroom for the iconic Glasshouse building in Tain. The vision combined a sleek, modern table and chairs with a contrasting vintage-style coffee area, creating a space that felt both contemporary and characterful — perfectly suited to the building’s unique architecture.

The completed boardroom delivers a standout result, seamlessly blending modern design with timeless character. The sleek boardroom table anchors the space, while the iconic Chesterfield chairs add a layer of prestige and warmth — a fitting choice for such an iconic setting. The project has been a clear success, transforming the room into a functional yet striking environment that reflects the unique identity of the Glasshouse building and has been met with strong client approval.
We couldn’t be happier with the outcome. The balance between modern functionality and classic style is spot on, and the Chesterfields are a real talking point. The space now feels worthy of the building’s reputation — it’s a boardroom we’re proud to bring people into.
